Preschool - Kids are Involved

Our students get their hands dirty!

And we like that! Beth Torah Preschool & Kindergarten provides an active learning experience. Children learn by doing. Our program stresses hands-on experience with people, and a variety of materials, events and ideas!

They build castles & robots, take trips to the moon & imagination is their guide.

Each day brings an exciting new adventure. We enable children to build their knowledge base in a fun, creative environment that they construct each day.

Children learn best from activities which they plan, carry out and then reflect upon with their peers and adults. Their job is to have fun and our goal is to use this fun to give them the social and emotional skills they will need to succeed in life.

Sometimes they walk through the halls singing a familiar song and other times they’re singing their own creations.

Before Care is available.

After Care is available after 2:00 p.m., ending by 6:00 p.m.

The stories children create are simply reflections of how they see the world.

We encourage our students to articulate their ideas, choices and decisions. By doing this, we are building a sense of community, belonging and providing all of the children with a repertoire of shared experiences.

It’s a fun place and many of our parents hang around and find stuff to do, because they are an important part of our school.

It’s not just our children who talk and create. We believe communication

between parents and teachers is essential to the success of the education process. Parents are encouraged to participate in whatever way they choose.
