Kadima

Kadima is the youth groups affiliated with the Conservative movement. Kadima is for preteens in grades 6-8. This group is for Jewish children to learn leadership skills and make lifelong friendships.

Local programs take place at the synagogue and in the community. Each youth group also participates in regional conventions where members get to meet Jewish teens from all over the country. Additionally, USY offers international summer trips to Israel, Europe and other destinations.

At Beth Torah, Kadima is unique, offering a variety of programs and leadership experiences. The youth program teaches the spirit of Judaism through incredible ruach (spirit), services, the love for learning and Israel. Participants make a difference in our community through Tikkun Olam (“Healing the World”) and social action programs.

Social programs such as bowling, laser tag, rock climbing, and dessert parties are popular and frequent! Lifelong friendships blossom in these youth groups, making these some of the most fun and memorable experiences your child will ever have.
