Submitting Calendar Update & Print Requests

1) Download the Calendar Update Request form or Print Request form. (This may take up to a minute to appear on your screen.)

2) Complete the form

3a) Users of Windows-based Microsoft Outlook email follow the instructions on the form to submit the request using the <Submit by Email> button on the form

3b) All other users (Windows-based email software other than Outlook, Macintosh email software, and web-based email):

- save the completed form on your PC or Mac as file type PDF

- using your email client, create a NEW email, attach the local copy of your completed form, and send it to <secretary@congregationbethtorah.org>
