Torah Time Theater has been a tradition at Beth Torah for over a decade. Once a month on Friday evening, the Torah Time marionettes tell a Jewish story geared towards children. Music, stories and fellowship with other families make up this delightful and unique program. These stories are adapted from traditional and modern Jewish sources and are acted out by the marionettes. The evening concludes with a small Oneg Shabbat.
Join us each month for a special program geared toward the younger members (preschool through 2nd grade) of our Jewish Community. Rabbi Raskin and The Torah Time Troupe present Jewish lessons with a combination of entertaining songs and stories. The stories are adapted from traditional and modern Jewish sources and are acted out by the marionettes. The evening concludes with a small Oneg Shabbat. Torah Time Theatre runs from 7:30 pm until 8:15 pm.

Torah Time Theatre has been presented at several Dallas Jewish community events over the past several years. We have been regular participants in the annual Jewish Arts Festival. We have also participated in Jewish arts programs held at the Jewish Community Center and have been invited to perform at area synagogues and churches.
