Our Congregational Learning Center boasts enriching and engaging Adult Education classes, workshops, and speakers throughout the year. Programs include:
- Nosh and Knowledge: A weekly class on Mondays that brings in speakers on different topics. To learn more about our schedule for the next year, you can click here.
- Mark A. Seigel Series: Dr. Mark Siegel believed everyone could, and should, attain an education because it is one thing that no one can ever take away from you. Thanks to his deep belief in education and a generous gift, our annual Scholar-in-Residence has brought in speakers from all over the world.
- Book of Psalms: 8:00 AM Monday Mornings from after Monday Morning Minyan. Text is the Koren Tehillim with English translation by Rabbi Eli Cashdan and commentary by Rabbi Dr. Tzvi Hirsh Weinreb. In-person only.
- Jewish and Christian Study: First Monday of the month, 12–1pm on Zoom. A unique interfaith study group of Jews and Christians learning about each other as we study primary sources together.
- Jewish Ethics: Meets every other Sunday afternoon to read and discuss books about living a Jewish moral life. Zoom.
- Intro to Judaism: Join Congregation Beth Torah’s own Rabbi Sydni Rubinstein and other rabbis from the DFW area for a transformative learning experience that will inspire you to embrace every facet of our beloved tradition.
- Israel Action: Israel Action facilitates programs to increase congregants' awareness and knowledge of events in the State of Israel. It represents Beth Torah in delivering community-wide Israel-related programs and promotes these and other program opportunities to members of the congregation.
