Our religious school fosters deep relationships, strong Jewish identity, and communal belonging through immersive, experiential education. At CBT's Learning Center, our students build life skills to become change-makers and all-around mensches through the lens of Jewish history, ritual, thought and practice.
Our Students remain committed to Judaism after they have left our classrooms. They enter our doors as curious learners, build lifelong friendships, find meaning in Torah that is relevant to their lives today, and blossom into leaders who practice tikkun olam, tzedakah, chesed, and kavod.
Our parents are an integral part of what we do and play a key role in our community. On Sundays we invite our parents to stay for coffee and schmooze or work in our library, we also respect the need to run errands, or go out for breakfast. Parents can choose their level of involvement and welcome all families in our inclusive community.
Our students start their day with Rabbi Sydni in Tefilah, then they move to playtime, classroom lessons or a cultural rotation. Cultural rotations vary each Sunday and may include Israeli dancing, cooking, art, sports, film and more. We have monthly youth events following Sunday school for engagement and fun too!
