Join us for an enlightening and thought-provoking lecture by Dr. Ayal Feinberg titled "10/7 and American Jewish Transformation: Where We Go From Here"
In this compelling lecture, Dr. Ayal Feinberg will explore how Jewish security in America has been profoundly tested by the events of 10/7, and the many ways organizations and communities are restoring it moving forward. He will also challenge us to turn inward, reflecting both on our history and how we have the agency to bring about a prosperous future for generations to come.

One of our most important fundraisers is our Shield of David campaign. The monies raised go directly to our operating budget to cover the daily expenses and costs incurred by our synagogue. These funds are vital to our continued success and ongoing efforts to ensure we can continue to nurture an inclusive Jewish environment that connects our diverse community with passion and purpose through prayer, learning, love of Israel, friendship, and Social Action / Tikkun Olam (repairing the world).
Extra Shield of David cards will be available in the front lobby on Rosh Hashanah Day 1. Please pick up another one if you forgot yours and you can complete your pledge during the annual Presidential Shield of David appeal. You may also complete your donation through your ShulCloud account page, or click the button below.
We ask each member-family to consider a donation to the Shield of David. We want you to keep in mind Beth Torah’s mission and the importance of the Shield of David campaign to the synagogue.
Contact Larry Strauss, Development VP, at developmentvp@congregationbethtorah.org for questions.
